Lorraine Orlando
Vice President, Human Resources
Lorraine Orlando serves as Vice President of Human Resources at JMI. She joined the JMI team in 1995 as Manager of Human Resources and established the Human Resources Department, responsible for all aspects of human resource management. She has continuously demonstrated leadership, piloting the integration efforts throughout JMI's growth. She was named Vice President in 1998 and is now responsible for human resources for all of JMI holdings.
Lorraine is a results-oriented human resources professional with experience in corporate division human resource management. A high energy, motivated and committed business partner, she leads the talent management for all of JMI with a commitment to recruit, retain and develop JMI staff. She strives to maintain a corporate culture in which the company and its employees will continue to succeed.
Prior to joining Jobson, Lorraine spent 10 years in management of operations and employee development with Bridgestone/Firestone, Inc. and was a team leader in the consolidation of companies through the Firestone acquisition and the nationwide consolidation of customer service operations. Her previous work experience includes 11 years with The Port Authority of NY/NJ in increasingly responsible job positions.
Lorraine holds a B.S. in Management from St. Peter's College and attended Rutgers University Graduate School. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Professionals.
